Step 1: Baron Will Configure Your New Payroll Software and Load Your Year-To-Date Payroll Data
Every company is different, and you are getting a system tailored to how your company does payroll. So first, your implementation leader will configure your payroll software, load your historical data and work with you every step of the way to ensure that everything is set up based on your company’s specific needs.
Step 2: You Will Log In, Start to Learn Your New System, and Verify Your Data
Once your company's new payroll system is built, you can log in to your new system and review your employee's information and year-to-date payroll data.
Step 3: Go Live With Your New Time & Attendance System
Next comes learning and testing the time and attendance system. Your employees will start clocking in and out using the face clock or smartphone app. You'll learn how to review their time cards, make changes and fix any missing punches.
Step 4: Go Live With Payroll
Finally, we'll set a target date to start your first payroll in the new system. Don’t worry because you will not have to go it alone. We will do payroll together, so we can tweak the configuration to create the easiest and most accurate process for you. Once we nail down your procedure, we will document the steps in writing and on a video so you will always have something to refer back to if needed.
