Step One: Sign All New Client Onboarding Documents
The first step in making the switch to Baron is to complete the new client onboarding paperwork.
We’ll prepare all the paperwork, make sure all your documents are in order, and email them to you. All you need to do is electronically sign them.
This should take a few minutes of your time.
Step Two: Provide Us With Online Access to Your Current Payroll System
When switching payroll providers, it’s important to make sure all the relevant employee information and payroll data from your current provider is accurately transferred over.
The easiest way for you to accomplish this is to delegate it to us. We’ll login to your current provider so we can access the information we need. If anything is missing, or we find something wrong, we’ll alert you.
If you already have online access to your payroll data now, this step too should only require a few minutes of your time.
