Cathy Schembri

New clients rave that Cathy does all the work required to get them onto our platform, so they don't have to. And the icing on the cake is Cathy is a patient trainer and shows new clients exactly how to process their payroll.

Her mantra is to always under-promise and over-deliver. Together with her organizational skills, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence, our Implementation Leader, Cathy Schembri, is well-liked and respected by our clients and internal team. Beginning her career at Baron Payroll over ten years ago as a Payroll Manager provided Cathy with the ideal foundation to succeed in her current role. Cathy and her team onboard and train new Baron clients and implement new functionality for existing clients. 

Cathy is most proud of her two children – Christian and Sophia! You can find her on the sidelines cheering her children on at their sporting events, working out, meditating, or hosting her very own podcast!  If you know Cathy, she loves to talk and has a lot to say!
